What are the advantages of using the services of a professional photographer?
In fact, there are many advantages. The quality of the pictures is the main advantage. Being a perfectionist, I bring a particular attention to my photos, no matter what type of contract it is. There is no ordinary subject: there is always an interesting way to photograph any ordinary thing and my work involves finding that way. I also offer a more personalized service, with flexibility often appreciated by the people who hire me (appointments, deliveries, etc.). I am easy to get in touch with following a contract if you need supplements like touch ups, enlargements, photomontage, etc.
What are the types of equipment you work with?
At the moment, I work with the Nikon D700 digital camera and the SB-900 flash. Depending on the type of contract, I also work with a variety of studio equipment (flash heads, continuous lighting, studio background, reflector, softbox, umbrella, etc.). During an event, I normally use the AF-S 24-70 mm F/2.8 lens from Nikon, but sometimes I will use the AF-S 70-200 mm F2.8 VR lens, also from Nikon, or even the 300 mm lens, all depending on the demand of the contract. I still have my Nikon film camera, so I can do black and white pictures if the occasion arises. Even if I work with Nikon equipment, I am not against using other types of equipment, like Canon, who also offer excellent results.
Why are your prices not listed on this site?
There are mainly two reasons. First of all, it is a very competitive domain and secondly, my prices are flexible depending on the precise demand of a contract or an agency. I can offer two different prices for the same event according to the working hours or the services needed. That is why I offer personalized estimates with no charge or even meetings to evaluate the projects. You can send me your demands or your questions via the Contact section of this website. Do you work with other photographers?
Yes, accordingly with the size of the projects. If it consists of a huge congress, where you have to be in different conference rooms at the same time, it is logical that I can’t be alone! I am in contact with a few other good photographers who offer the same quality of service and also have nice personalities.
